Donation Request Guidelines

We are committed to giving back to health and health-related charitable organizations and causes in Canada, particularly in the communities in which we serve.

Below are some basic guidelines to help you understand our charitable giving procedures and help you prepare your submission.

	We are now accepting Donation Requests for Kids Health programs only
	Priority is given to health and health-related charities and organizations in our pharmacy communities
	Organizations requesting funds must be registered with the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency as a registered charitable organization
	Charitable requests for donations must be received at least eight (8) weeks prior to the due date for which the funds have been requested.
	Priority will be given to those organizations that complete our online Donation Request Form.
